Payments & Orders

No, returns or refunds are not accepted for custom-made garments at Zaakirah Ghanchi.

A 50% deposit is required to initiate the process, with the remaining 50% due upon delivery.

Fabric purchase requires an upfront estimated cost, and shopping assistance is chargeable at R 200 per hour.

The quoted price is final and not open to negotiation once agreed upon during the consultation.

Final payments must be made upon delivery, as garments will not be released without complete payment.

Measurements & Fittings

Measurements from other designers are not accepted, and the designer is not responsible for any inaccuracies in such measurements.

Each package has a specified timeframe, and expedited services may incur additional charges.

Any additional fittings beyond the package allocation will be included in the final invoice.

Variations in body types can influence the final look of the garment.

Consultations & Appointments

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, with an after-hours fee of R100 for special appointments.

Consultations and fittings are conducted in Beyers Park or at the clients residence at an additional travel fee. 

Any treatments related to weight loss or gain should be communicated, as they can affect the final garment.

Any concerns can be resolved amicably, without resorting to violence or using inappropriate language.

Design & Replication

The designer retains creative freedom; replications may not be exact and can involve potential plagiarism issues.

No discounts are provided on any items.
