Our Process
Book Consultation
Book your consultation by visiting our website and navigating to the Book Consultation page. Select one of our four consultation options — The Classic Atelier, The Couture Atelier (with Dubai Centre), The Production Atelier, or The Visual Atelier — then choose your preferred date and time, enter your details, and proceed to payment to confirm your booking. Please note that consultation fees vary depending on the selected package.
In-Person Consultation
Your consultation will take place at our Beyers Park studio, the Dubai Centre, or at your residence, depending on your selected package. During the one-hour session, we will walk you through a guided consultation process, complete the required questionnaire with you, discuss your design needs in detail, and take all necessary measurements. A detailed estimated quote will be provided based on the consultation package selected, along with any applicable documentation.
Fabric Procurement
You will be provided with a list of required fabrics and materials to source for your garment. If you prefer the designer to assist with fabric shopping or to source materials on your behalf, this service is available at a flat rate of R250 per hour and will be added to your invoice.
Fittings
Once fabrics have been secured and all documentation is complete, your first and second fittings will be scheduled at our Beyers Park studio, the Dubai Centre, or at your residence, depending on your selected package. Please note that travel fees may apply and will be communicated in advance where applicable.
Pick-Up
Collection of your finished garment will take place from our Beyers Park studio, the Dubai Centre, or at your residence, depending on your selected package. Your final invoice will be issued at your final fitting and must be settled in full on the day of collection. Please note that travel fees may apply for home collections where applicable.
Styling Tips
To complete your experience, you’ll receive helpful styling tips on how to wear and accessorise your garment, along with simple guidance on coordinating pieces and achieving the best overall look for different occasions.

Styling Services
Costume design and wardrobe styling
- Everyday ready to wear: R200 an hour
- Occasion wear: R250 an hour
- Bridal, red carpet: R500 an hour

The Designer/stylist will accompany the client in their vehicle for all styling consultations/shopping.
If the client cannot, then a travel fee will be charged according to a fixed rate of R25 per km
The client should brief the designer beforehand in an initial consultation as to what is required, event, personal style, etc. The initial consultation is R200 an hour. Should you go ahead with the services the consultation is free and deducted from the total. The fee is payable before the shopping begins.
In the event that client does not find anything at the shopping centre and the time allocated is up. A new date and time should be fixed at a different location. The time and location will beset beforehand.
