Our Process
Book Consultation
Visit our website and navigate to the 'Book Consultation' page. Select your preferred date and time slot, fill in your details, and proceed to make the R250 consultation fee payment online to secure the appointment.
Complete Questionnaire
Complete the questionnaire to provide us with more information about your preferences and requirements. This will help us tailor our services specifically to your needs.
Fabric Procurement
Our team will provide you with a list of necessary materials which needs to be procured by you. Should you require the designer to accompany you for fabric shopping or to purchase the fabric independently, a fee of R200/hour will be incurred & added to the invoice.
In-Person Consultation
Based on the information provided in the questionnaire, our design team will prepare for the consultation in advance, ensuring a productive and efficient meeting in Beyers Park or at the clients residence at an additional travel fee. During the one-hour consultation, we will discuss your design ideas, provide a detailed quote, and complete necessary contract forms and measurements.
First Fitting
Upon completing the fabric shopping and necessary paperwork, we will schedule the first fitting in Beyers Park or at the clients residence at an additional travel fee.
Collection & Payment
Collection of the finished garment (Beyers Park or at the clients residence at an additional travel fee). The final invoice will be sent to you, and it should be paid in full on the day of collection

Brief outline of packages excluding fabrics. Fabrics can be between R1000 to R10 000 depending on the clients choice.
Styling Services
Costume design and wardrobe styling
- Everyday ready to wear: R200 an hour
- Occasion wear: R250 an hour
- Bridal, red carpet: R500 an hour

The Designer/stylist will accompany the client in their vehicle for all styling consultations/shopping.
If the client cannot, then a travel fee will be charged according to a fixed rate of R25 per km
The client should brief the designer beforehand in an initial consultation as to what is required, event, personal style, etc. The initial consultation is R200 an hour. Should you go ahead with the services the consultation is free and deducted from the total. The fee is payable before the shopping begins.
In the event that client does not find anything at the shopping centre and the time allocated is up. A new date and time should be fixed at a different location. The time and location will beset beforehand.
