Terms & Conditions
1. No Returns or Refunds are accepted at Zaakirah Ghanchi on custom-made garments.
2. No measurements will be accepted from other designers, unless otherwise specified, and the designer takes no responsibility if incorrect measurements are taken by other designers.
3. The clients should specify if there is any treatment of weight loss or weight gain as this affects the outcome of the garment.
4. The client will pay a 50% deposit to begin the process and 50% on delivery of the garment.
5. Should the client require the designer to purchase the fabric, an estimate of the total cost of the fabric should be paid beforehand, with the change and receipt given back to the client as proof of purchase. The client will pay a fee of R 200 an hour for the designer to accompany the client for fabric shopping or for the designer to conduct the shopping without the client present.
6. Our working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. No client will be seen or responded to after hours. Should the client require a fitting or consultation after hours, a fee of R100 will be payable to accommodate the client.
7. An initial consultation fee of R250 should be paid before the day of the consultation to secure the booking.
8. Each package is accompanied with its own time frame to provide enough time to complete the garment. If a client requires a garment in a shorter time period, overtime will be charged where necessary.
9. All packages come with their own allocated free fittings, any fittings beyond the specified fitting will be charged to the final invoice.
10. The client understands that the package prices are a rough estimate, a proper quotation will be given at the consultation and will not be negotiated. The client understands that the quote itself is also a rough total, the price may increase if anything is added or changed on the garment after the price is agreed on.
11. All consultations and fittings will take place at Dubai Centre Boksburg. The client will arrange the time beforehand, and the meeting time will be adhered to unless in an emergency.
12. All consultations are between half an hour to an hour, depending on what was agreed to beforehand. Please refrain from going beyond time as this disadvantages the next client.
13. The client gives the designer creative freedom to produce garments, and no replications of garments will be conducted at Zaakirah Ghanchi.
14. The client understands that if replications are an absolute must, the designer takes no responsibility for any plagiarism implications and does not guarantee the replications will be identical.
15. The client understands that body types vary, and garments might look different on the various body shapes.
16. The client is aware of the outcome of the garment and agrees to the design drawn and/or listed on the previous pages.
17. The client understands that if there are any issues that arise, these can be sorted out amicably without violence or the use of bad words.
18. No discounts will be given.
19. All final payments should be made as soon as garments are delivered, and under no circumstance will the garments be given to the client if the final payment is not made.
